Had well-designed and large room with brownie points for netflix, and I couldn't ask for more. The staff were helpful every time I dealt with them. Particularly good location very close to the jasmine house, penzance and the beaches, coastal walks, the town centre and all transport, I felt safe.

The breakfast had a wide range of options, cereals, porridge, pastries, and fruit. We were offered a tasteful room for netflix. The location was marvellous and fab close to everything including Boardmasters Festival, you may take train on Newquay train station within 20 minutes walk from here.

The location was nice, in everything highly recommended! A few times I ate at Zaman's Restaurant, located at a short distance from the hotel.

Simply no complaint, such great stay. A great selection of cereals, porridge, pastries, and fruit available in the dining room for breakfast. Welcoming, best people working here. Comfortable hotel, marvellous and lovely location, by the shops. Also - next to the conservatory and the bays.

Our stay was good, loved savoury breakfasts.
Homey and neat place, everything was perfect. We got a room with a walk-in shower. The bed was extremely comfy, and it was convenient to have coffee/tea making machines and fridges. The location minutes away from the train station was particularly good.
